Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Voxlated ("the Service"), available at voxlated.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you should not use the Service.

Description of Service

Voxlated is a free, browser-based AI tool that translates audio and video files into 20+ languages. The Service uses AI-powered transcription, translation, and speech synthesis to process your files. No account or registration is required.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that infringes on any intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to exploit, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose that involves reselling the translation output at scale without permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. The translated output generated by the Service is yours to use. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to translate the content you upload. Voxlated does not claim ownership of your uploaded or translated content.

The Voxlated name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of Voxlated and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Translation Accuracy

Translations are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be 100% accurate. The Service is provided as a tool for general-purpose translation. You should not rely on translations for critical, legal, medical, or safety-related purposes without independent verification by a qualified human translator.

File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded audio data is processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Translated files are stored temporarily with a 4-hour TTL (time-to-live) and are automatically deleted after this period. We are not responsible for any data loss — please download your translated files promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxlated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in translations
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
